It was a spare of the moment choice as I needed a hotel in the area. I noticed the pods on Google, and the weather was fantastic, so I called at 2pm and booked the posh pod as treat. It was ready for me by 4 pm that day. The place was stunning and I couldn't ask for much more on a summer evening. Bbq in the sun overlooking a meadow and then slept the food off in the hammock. The pod was comfortable and very clean. On site shower was also spotless and great water pressure. Wish id have been able to stay longer and plan to go back soon.

June 19, 2025We booked a spontaneous trip from Liverpool. It was a bit of a knee jerk booking and we never really looked up the distance.. Yorkshire from Liverpool can't to be too far after all? So, after booking I looked at the map and it was 3hrs away, we were en route to a kids party at the time that didn't finish until 5.30pm. I read the small.print and last check in was 7pm! Arrgh! I emailed Maggie amd explained that id made a mistake but nothing was any trouble. In fact, Maggie had everything we needed and more waiting for us. She showed us her beautiful horses before helping us out with all the bits we forgot to bring! Life saver! Maggie gave us advice on what to do the next day, emailing us our very own guide to the area. As there were no bookings the next day, Maggie said we could stay later and enjoy relaxing in the area, however we had an action packed day ahead and had to be back.. as it was a Sunday:( we will 100% be back, the pods were lovely, private and clean. The views were stunning and the host was the best. A perfect little stopover gave me a perfect father's day. Thanks Maggie, see you again soon. Joey Char and René

Spent a lovely 6 nights staying at Partridge Nest pods. Nestled in the Est valley a short journey away from Whitby and surrounded by wildlife. The pods and facilities were very good and our host was very helpful, friendly & welcoming. Highly recommended.

June 5, 2025You will be greeted by Maggie who is amazing. She is so helpful. We followed her suggestions on where to eat and visit and we weren't disappointed. We stayed in the cottage which is a converted cow shed. Its very tastfully repurposed. |It made a great base for us to travel around from.

Attended Partridge nest farm this bank holiday weekend for 3 nights, was welcomed incredibly warmly, advised on local places to visit and eat at in Whitby and was provided with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The view was gorgeous and the atmosphere was amazing.

June 3, 2025Booked a little night away in one of the Posh Pods on the November weekend of snow, winds and storms! Maggie went above and beyond - offered me to change my stay to another date free of charge, but I still went along and I'm so glad I did. She made sure the pod was toasty for my arrival, and couldn't have been more helpful. The site is gorgeous, the pods have everything you need and stay toasty warm all through the night. I look forward to coming back when the weather is a little better!

December 3, 2024Beautiful, peaceful location. Clean and well mantainted pods and shower facilities. Friendly and informative host who was happy to help. Seeing deer frolicking in the field each day was a highlight. Great location to explore whitby and surrounding areas.
