Club membership forms are now available on this webpage. Please click the relevant tab that applies to your circumstances and complete the form displayed. On mobiles scroll down to see the other tabs.
Once you have completed the application form, we will get your membership processed ASAP.
We will then provide bank details for BACS transfers of subs for Annual and Family members.
You are welcome to join the club if you are an employee of a prescribed organisation, and subscriptions will be deducted from your pay at source.
A member of the club can propose you as an Annual member, which must be seconded by another club member, who will both sign your form recommending your application. Annual members pay subs which are due each January, either by bank transfer, cash or cheque made payable to ‘Tyneside Leisure Ltd’
Family membership is available to the partner of any Club member at a 50% reduction on the Annual Membership Fee. Family members pay subs which are due each January, either by bank transfer, cash or cheque made payable to ‘Tyneside Leisure Ltd’
Any Full Club Member who retires from the job, can continue paying their subs which are deducted from their pensions at source.

Club Subs are defined in Sec 10.2 of the Rules and Constitution of Northumbria Social Club.
Please provide your pension number, which will be on your first pension payslip.
